UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery is free. Orders are normally delivered within 6–10 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Public holidays, severe weather, customs checks or carrier disruption may occasionally cause delays. If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address changes

Check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or damage, contact us through our Contact page. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
